Multifunctional Dispersant Q‑300
Description:
Q‑300 is a multifunctional liquid dispersant effective for calcium carbonate powder, organic and inorganic pigments, stone powder, and AC foaming agents. It is specially designed for PVC applications, enabling rapid wetting and dispersion of additives in PVC formulations to ensure smooth processing and stable, aesthetically pleasing products.
Recommended Dosage:
Typically added at 1–3 % of the weight of the target dispersing material (such as calcium carbonate, stone powder, or AC foaming agent). The actual dosage should be adjusted based on testing results.
Super Dispersant LDP‑110
Description:
LDP‑110 is a highly active dispersant with over 99 % purity. It appears as an amber liquid and is suitable for dispersing inorganic pigments and fillers. It provides excellent dispersion for titanium dioxide and calcium carbonate, enabling rapid dispersion, reducing viscosity, improving pigment and filler wetting, enhancing flowability, and shortening mixing time.

Description:

0.2–1.0 phr
