Introduction
PE WAX is a polyethylene homopolymer wax produced using high-density polyethylene (HDPE) technology. It features a stable molecular structure and a narrow molecular weight distribution, effectively enhancing the physical appearance, thermal properties, and processing stability of formulations. The product is available in various types, including polymerized, pyrolyzed, and oxidized grades, suitable for diverse industries and manufacturing processes.
We offer two forms of PE WAX: powder wax and flake wax.
- Powder wax provides high stability and excellent dispersibility, making it ideal for masterbatch production and dry-blend formulations.
- Flake wax is favored by hot melt adhesive and rubber processing customers for its cost-effectiveness and good melting behavior.
Whether you seek efficient dispersion, processing stability, or cost optimization, we offer tailored selection guidance to help you precisely match your process requirements.
